Our Locations: From our base in Palm Beach Gardens, KangaRent Property Management recently has begun expanding throughout South Florida by opening our second office, in Oakland Park, to serve Fort Lauderdale and all of Broward County.

KangaRent Property Management collects rent via regular/online check or credit/debit card, collects late fees, deals with tenant complaints, settles resident disputes, performs and documents regular property inspections, supervises maintenance and repairs, pays vendors if authorized, coordinates seamless move-in and move-out, facilitates evictions and collections, provides 24 hour online access to account activity, and year end financial reports. In addition, we work closely and proactively with sister company KangaRent to conduct showings for current and future vacancies, to get your properties rented timely, at market rate, to good tenants.
